We celebrated another sign of the end times. End times as in the end of our time at Ridgway State Park, not End Times as in the moon exploding or some similar phenomenon . We cleaned our last yurt today. Monday and Tuesdays are our yurt cleaning days. There are three yurts and a good day means only 1 was occupied the previous night and now vacated and require cleaning. Today was a good day.

Cleaning means sweeping the floor, vacuuming the rug, mopping the floor, wiping table and counter tops, swabbing out the fridge and microwave, and spraying the mattresses and futons with disinfectant.

After watching the grass grow, my hair turn grey, and the lake slowly disappear only the miracle of a fast shutter speed could slow down my mopping velocity so that an actual image of me mopping could be recorded.

We now head into our two days off. Already all campsites have reserved tags; so, Labor Day weekend will live up to its hype of a full campground with people trying to experience the last days of summer. Oh, boy!
